Our Purpose

Milan Baptist Church exists to love God and one another, serving together to help people take their next step closer to Christ.

Our Leadership Team

We believe it is very vital to the life of a church to have a leadership "team." Pastor Douglas Strader heads the team with the Deacons Chuck Bushart, Ron Hasselbring, and Mark McDonald as the team members. Each team member has specific areas of ministry responsibilities as well as a segment of the congregation to oversee.

Our Church in Transition

The leadership team has made a commitment to learn and fully apply the five purposes God has given to the church. They are presently in the process of studying and seeking God in these matters. The next steps are making a clear statement of purpose of Milan Baptist Church, defining the target our church wishes to reach, and developing a strategy for fulfilling our purpose.
